TYPES OF PRINTER INK CARTRIDGES
There are different types of printer inks and different qualities. You can buy printer inks from brands like HP, Epson, Canon and Brother. A cheaper alternative to original printer inks are compatible ink cartridges - which have the same features and fit the same types of printers as original printer ink cartridges. Compatible ink cartridges are cheaper than HP, Epson, Brother and Canon's own cartridges - and often contain more ink. INK PRINTER WITH 4 PRINTER CARTRIDGES OR MORE
When you buy a printer and want the cheapest printer ink solution, make sure your printer has 4 separate ink cartridges - black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Some larger printers even have more than 4 to create even better shades. Printer inks for this type of printer are cheaper as you can change the individual color when this cartridge is empty. Printers with 4 separate printer colors are the best solution for the environment, cartridges must first be replaced when the cartridge is 100% empty. Good for the environment and your wallet. INK PRINTER WITH 2 PRINTER CARTRIDGES
If you buy a printer that uses 2 cartridges with printer ink, the printer is usually cheap - but ink cartridges are expensive. So overall, this solution is very expensive and you will need to replace the ink to your printer before the ink cartridge is completely empty. These types of printers use a black ink cartridge and a cartridge with the 3 colors - cyan, magenta and yellow. If one of the colors runs out, you will need to change the entire color of the ink cartridge, even if the other 2 colors are not empty. Not necessarily good for your wallet or for the environment. HP PRINTER INK
HP has several types of ink for your printer. You can use compatible ink for all types of HP printers. HP has quality printers that use photo inks for optimal printing. CANON PRINTER INK
You can either buy printer ink from Canon as an original printer product - or in a compatible version. If you are looking for cheap ink for the printer, then Pixojet has a large selection. Canon produces both printers that use 2 ink cartridges and other models that use 4 ink cartridges (some Canon printer models also use more than 4 cartridges - models with 2 black or photo colors).
