The right of withdrawal
(Same rules apply to private and business customers)
You have a 120-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Pixojet.
The withdrawal period expires in 120 days after the day you have received your item, or have gotten the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 120 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending us an email at info@pixojet.eu, and by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 120 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must support the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. You carry the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to the printers.
NOTE: The cost of return is carried by the buyer.
The condition of the item when you send it back to us
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you would have tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, except payment fee and delivery costs (including additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without any undue delay and in any circumstances within 10 days from the date we receive your return package.
We make such a refund directly to the card used for the purchase or by account transfer, if you have paid by invoice, and therefore always state the account number. if money is to be repaid. Payments are made every Thursday.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and handing it in person at the above address.
We do not accept packages sent by post via Cash on Delivery.
If you regret the purchase and send your return your package, you will be charged the freight cost which will be deducted from the purchased item. This also applies to uncollected packages.
